Guide for Submitting Ads:

Use graphic programs on MAC or PC platform, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXPress, or Adobe InDesign.

Your completed ad should be in a high-resolution pdf, .tif, or .eps file (300 dpi minimum. Embed all fonts. When submitting a .tif, flatten layers, and when submitting an .eps, create outlines. Create PDFx:1a compliant files when submitting a Hi-Res PDF,

We do not accept files created in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, CorelDraw, Pagemaker, or any presentation software.

Cover pages (2nd, 3rd, and 4th) are reserved for tabloid-size four-color process ads. Cover page ads are charged an additional premium over the basic insertion cost:

2nd cover . . . extra 15%
3rd cover . . . .extra 10%
4th cover . . . .extra 20%.

Other special-position ads are charged an additional 10% premium over the basic insertion cost.
